10:00AM meet at the Wellness Arts Center to carpool to Fieldstone Farm
10:15-10:20 arrive at Fieldstone Farm
-visit with the horses & farm animals
-hike & picnic lunch (you provide)
-fall nature offering mandala
12:15PM departure back to the Wellness Arts Center
1:00PM afternoon activities begin
-Fall Intention Setting
-Fall themed snack break
-Somatic Restorative Yoga
-Sound Bath Meditation
5:00PM Departure
-Space is limited 9 participants and payment plans close Sept 17th or as soon as all spots are filled
INVESTMENT: $180 (paid in 2 subscription payments of $90)
*All supplies, snacks, & classes are included. You must provide your own packed lunch for our hike.
*Each participant will also receive a fall themed goodie bag to take home with them.
