Self-Love Ritual Soak
Pink Himalayan salt infused with essential oils, herbs, roses, lavender, & rose quartz to aid in releasing all that is no longer serving you and flood you with an abundance of self-love.
Add 1 tablespoon to your bath and while soaking hold your rose quartz or place it in the water. When you are ready to end your bath, open up the drain so that the water begins to drain out while you are still in the tub. Then say… “I release all lack of self-worth, self-doubt, and self-judgement. These feelings of lack no longer serve me. I am washing them away so that I may start anew in alignment and power with my true self. I love myself just as I am. And so it is.” Remain inside the bath until all of the water has drained and visualize this as the final letting go of all worry, negative energy, and anything else that you wish to release. Before exiting the bath allow all the water to drain from the tub and rinse your rose quartz in fresh running water. This will clear the tub, yourself and the crystal of all that was removed during your bath.
