Join Laura and Steve at Queen of Cups Coffee & Vintage located at 318 Main Ave in Hawley for a Samhain Sound Bath Meditation. This meditative sound experience will allow you to slow down, relax and unwind after all the hustle and bustle of the Halloween holiday. Connect to yourself on a deeper level in the healing sounds of singing bowls, chimes, strings, drums, gongs, bells and more.
Doors will open at 3:45PM, music begins at 4:00PM, and after our Sound Bath treat yourself to some vintage shopping or grab some goodies as Queen of Cups will have their full menu available for purchase.
Please arrive at least 15 minutes early, bring a yoga mat and anything else you need to get comfortable. We will have a limited supply of blankets on-hand as well.
Space is limited and pre-registration is required.
