Policies & Frequently Asked Questions

POLICIES:

Class Cancellations: Due to our small class sizes, all classes listed on our Weekly Class Schedule must be canceled at least 3 hours before the start time to qualify for a refund. Cancellations made after this 3-hour window cannot be refunded. This policy helps ensure that students on waitlists have an opportunity to fill available spots. For classes categorized as Special Events and Meditations, a 36-hour cancellation notice is required. In emergency situations, please contact us as soon as possible.

Refunds: For classes paid with a credit card and canceled without rescheduling, refunds will be issued minus any credit card processing fees.

Arrival: Please arrive at least 5 minutes before your class begins. This allows enough time to check in, settle in, gather any necessary props, and adjust the height of your aerial hammock if needed.

Information regarding all Aerial classes: -You must 15 years or older to participate in a class.
-Due to the fact that we are working with fabric hammocks jewelry and zippers are not allowed for any Aerial class as they can cause damage to the hammocks..
-Keep sensitive areas of the body covered during class such as the armpits and backs of the knees.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:

Do I need to pre-register for classes?

Yes, due to our boutique size studio we do require pre-registration for all classes. Online registration cuts off one hour prior to the start of class.

Do I need a yoga mat for Aerial Yoga or Aerial Barre?

Yes, we do use yoga mats for all Aerial classes however we have enough for you to borrow one from the studio if you do not own one.

Do I need to take an Intro to Aerial Yoga class before attending any Aerial Yoga, Aerial Glowga, or Aerial Barre class?

No, Intro to Aerial Yoga is not a pre-requisite to take any type of aerial class. All classes are open-level and beginner friendly however if you feel that you would like to have extra time, more hands-on experience and go at a slower pace for your first class then we recommend taking the Intro to Aerial Yoga class first. These are typically scheduled once a month on Saturday or Sunday afternoons.

Do class packages work for any class on the schedule?

No, they only work for classes listed under the Weekly Class Schedule header on our Schedule page. Classes listed under Meditations, Special Events or Private Service appointments are not eligible for class packages and must be paid for separately.
